Crush 333 is the songwriting team of singer/keyboardist Danny MacArthur and guitarist/keyboardist Adam Collier. Fusing aspects of alternative and pop, they have a sound that is atmospheric and emotional. Their influences range from the darkness of Depeche mode to the pop or Erasure, all the way to the creative spark of John Lennon. Their message is one of equality and understanding, of alienation and loneliness, to the ever elusive feeling of human touch. They have played multiple venues around Los Angeles including, The Viper Room, Dragonfly, Spaceland, Silverlake Lounge, Martini Lounge, The Joint, The Gig and headlined the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival in 2009. For their live performances, they are joined onstage by Mendi Collier on keyboards, Jose Moreno on Computers and keyboards, and Cory Kemp and Paula Flowers on backing vocals. Luscious Excelsis is the 8th release from this extraordinary duo.
