DJ REDCROSS to some. starting in tampa, florida in 1994 with the original ANP mix tapes sold at Kirky C muzik station!!!! In 1996. He bought his first dubplate from Ninja Ford who at that moment named the sound UNITY SOUND. In that same year, He moved to Atlanta, GA where a few months later opened up a mix tape shop with his oldest brother Dready. From there they built the sound, and the mix tape shop eventually turned into a full fledge record shop. providing Atlanta with the latest records, mixes & CDs for over 9 years!!! Unity Sound mixes are now distributed world wide and is a household name to most.



He also was the host to Atlanta's top reggae program THE MORE FIRE SHOW & EASY FYAH SHOW on GSU's WRAS 88.5fm for 5 years. His top 10 charts could be seen printed weekly in Jamaica's Xnews.



In 2003, Crossfire, after graduating from GSU, decided to move on and gave the record shop to Dready and moved back to Tampa for one year before taking the journey to Japan where he dwells now steadily making his mark in the far east.



Unity Sound is Crossfire, Dready, long time bredren Supa Coop & the new selecta based in Japan BIGGA C. Unity Sound has travelled to Jamaica, US VI, Cayman Islands, NY, Chicago, Houston, Charlotte, Detroit, Japan, among other places. the future is a wide road that we will travel.
