Dispositivo Sueños is a peruvian duet that plays electronic pop music, formed in 2011 by Diego Meneses and Romina Roggero.

Diego is a producer and sound engineer and has had several years producing electronica. He had some compositions in which he thought he needed vocals and that is when he met Romina. She is a graphic designer which a big desire to sing and he proposed her to record a song together.

She added the melody and the lyrics to the song that would become "Cotton Clouds". In this same matter, they constructed the four songs that are now their official EP. Named after their first song, "Cotton Clouds EP" was released on October 2012 through Susy Records.

In 2012 they also filmed a live session with BarrioBEAT, this was the whole EP played live. In 2013 they played in the "Sueños En Espiral (Dreams In Spiral)" festival, with the swedish band Alpaca Sports, and in 2014 a remix EP was released.
