Howard Keel was first best known for appearing in some of the all time best made MGM musicals. These include Annie Get Your Gun (1950), Show Boat (1951), Kiss Me Kate (1953), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954), and Kismet (1955) and Calamity Jane (1953). He also became well known again to a whole new audiences for his role as Clayton Farlow in the hugely successful 1980s television show Dallas.
