About The Video:
Face Value is the second video supporting EID's 2011 release, "What Lies In The Mirror". It tells the story of a corrupt and unconscionable CEO, his greed, smarmy behavior and the hard reality of violence he must endure when captured by anonymous masked men who have had enough of his evil.

Directed by Emmy Award winner Steve Guerrero and shot by Jeff Shearin, Face Value is an homage to Kubrick as well as a commentary on the hard fiscal times faced by many. While somewhat based in fantasy, it's not hard for many to imagine how they might treat the head of a corrupt and greedy corporation that has prospered through the suffering of many. The video features the talents of Felony Records Ron McIntyre who portrays the heinous villian as well as PunkWorldViews.com's Denise Borders as the lovely executive assistant who acts as a catalyst for the villian's abduction.

Rounding out the cast are the members of EID who portray blue collar John Does who lash out at their captive after seeing the extent of the evil many have endured. In addition to the cast and crew, EID thanks Alan Predolin, 360 Training Centers HQ in Signal Hill CA, Stefan Sicola, Beer Punks Justin, Crystina Poncher and Chad Elder for their assistance in creating this project.

EKEN IS DEAD (say it like wreck, not eek) is a Los Angeles, CA based four-piece band playing elements of hard rock, alternative, metal and punk. Since it's inception in 2008, EID has earned a well deserved reputation based on professionalism and commitment to excellence. Whether an intimate local show or a packed House of Blues, EID has consistently brought their high intensity and charismatic presence to every single one of their shows. In addition to the relentless live schedule for which they have toured both nationally and internationally, EID has independently produced and released two full length albums including their latest effort, What Lies in the Mirror.
