Albert Salt: Live at the Bakehouse - 'Tubular Bliss' - Video
PUBLISHED:  May 21, 2017
DESCRIPTION:
Sponsored by the crew at Sample Brew and recorded in the storied Bakehouse studios of Abbotsford, Albert Salt: Live at the Bakehouse is an intimate document of one of Melbourne underground’s most dynamic young artists.

Captured in the glorious surrounds of the Jezebel Room this performance will be released episodically, continuing weekly until the entire performance is available.

‘Tubular Bliss’ is a cover built from elements of six disparate tracks, arranged into one captivating holistic piece.

The mash up contains facets of Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells', Dead Prez's 'Hip Hop', Tame Impala's 'Solitude is Bliss', Radiohead's 'Talk Show Host', Justin Timberlake's 'What Goes Around Comes Around', and Beck's 'Elevator Music'. However, these details swell to something strikingly singular.
