This version of the song is from a BBC Radio 2 programme "Titanic-minute by minute" which was broadcast on 14/15 April 2012, exactly 100 years after the Titanic sinking. The sound effects at the beginning of the recording are intentional, to recreate what the passengers might well have heard. Alexander's Ragtime Band by Irving Berlin would have been an immensely popular song back in 1912.
