DESCRIPTION:
Producer, songwriter and musician Charlie Sexton will be working with this year's grand prize winner of the 12th Annual Mountain Stage NewSong Contest to make a record at Asheville, NC's Echo Mountain Recording.

Due to a touring conflict in Europe as Bob Dylan's guitarist, Charlie was unable to attend this past weekend's live performance finals of contest, held Saturday, October 19 at the Lincoln Center's David Rubenstein Atrium in New York City.

In his absence, he sent along this video, which was played to the audience and finalists at the beginning of the event.
