Being part of the Casey Sisters is a
hell of a lot of fun, especially when buying Viking helmets
in Norway, singing for supper on the streets of Spain, or
being stranded in France on the street in the rain with
our luggage and no place to go.
We like to tour with foreign rockabilly musicians, preferably the young, talented, good-lookin', malleable ones. So far we've been reasonably
successful. We're no Fitty-Cent, either, playing in
stadiums and arenas. Pshaw. I'd like to see HIM chug a jug
of homemade moonshine while fending off a shackful of
drunken Swedish bikers. Nope, Casey Sisters aren't in it
for the money; we're in it for the beer, cheese,
chocolate, blind adoration, screaming fans, and
photographs of historic cathedrals or castles, so we can
send them home to our mommies so they won't have an
inkling that their darling daughters have been hung-over
for three weeks straight.
