Bushfire Sound

Since Bushfire Sound was founded in spring 2001 in Hamburg (Germany) the first aim of the sound is it to please the listeners with the finest of all different styles of Reggae music. From Rocksteady to Rub a Dub, from Dancehall to Soca, all styles have their place in a Bushfire selection.

On trips to Jamaica, New York and London, the sound members made a lot of experiences with the origin of Reggae music and the soundsystem culture. These trips led to numerous contacts to artists and sounds sounds all over the world and of course to a lot of exclusive dubplates that make Bushfire Sound so distinctive.

In the last years Bushfire Sound played shows in places like Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt, Dresden, Kiel and many more.



The members of Bushfire are also active as promoters of reggae events and tours. F.e. regular events in Hamburg and Berlin (the famous “urban vibez club”) as well as tours with Lutan Fyah, Spectacular, Bitty Mc Lean and Peter Hunnigale were organised by Bushfire.
