REGGAE DEE JAY / MC of JAPAN
1982年、16歳でハードコアパンク「ZOUO」のドラマーとして音楽活動開始。
のちレゲエに出会いダンスホールを知り虜になる
86年伝説のクラブダイナマイトでDJデビュー。
91年大阪、梅田にレゲエクラブ「club LABRISH」をプロデュ−ス、96年アメ村「Bar Relax」をオープン。ラブリッシュの頃からマイクを持ちだし、
2000年「BUSH OF GHOSTS」のボーカルとして活動、2004年解散。
同じ2000年「１★狂」--一番星クルー--もスタートし現在もドラマーとして活動。
またイベント「Japanese Renaissance」のオーガナイザーとして2009現在でVol.19をかぞえ、2009年からは、club Sound Channelと共催で月１イベント「RAGGA CHANNEL」もスタート
2004年盟友CHIKA MEETS SOUL FIREに招かれフジロックにもゲストＭＣとして出演。
LOW LIFEなどのビッグフェスにも参加。
2007/10には待望のソロアルバム「Tribe Called West vol.2 " BUN BUN the MC "」をリリース。
TOWER RECORDS JAPAN 2007年11月の今月の１枚に選出。
OVERHEAT RIDDIM AWARD 2007にノミネートされる。
2008年4月、アシッドジャズ等のレーベル「TALKIN LOUD」や
雑誌「Straight No Chaser」の首謀ジャイルス・ピーターソンの
BBCラジオ番組"Worldwide Showcase2008@The Liquid Room"で
「Feel Like Insects」が紹介される。
今年2009年、東京のレゲエシンガー"AILIE" (アイリー)に「100点満点」をカバーされ
メジャーアーティストへの楽曲提供となり話題となる
2010年にはバンド「１★狂」とともにタイはバンコク、カオサンロードにてライブを行う
2011/5月にはロンドンでもライブを行う。
2011/9月にジャパニーズクンビアバンドのRojo Regaloとベルギー／イギリスの6ヶ所でのライブも成功。
今までにはLee Perry, Jahtari , Soom T, The Bug, Congo Natty, Tenar Fly, Daddy Freddy, Makka B, General Levi , Love Grocer, Aba Shanty , Mungo's Hi-Fi , Mr Williamz , Pako sarr、Rude Hi-Fi、Dj Rord Sassafras、 Nickodemus、Dj Drm、Warrior Queen、Firehouse sound、Maffi、Pupa jim、等と共演。
現在、ソロや色々なバンドとのセッションで歌を歌い
１★狂の活動とイベント活動で多忙な毎日を送っている

In 1982, he started music activity as a drummer of hard-core punk band "ZOUO" when he was 16 years old.
Following this, he came across the other type music "REGGAE" and then he knew "DANCE HALL" and he was absorbed in it.
He did a DJ debut with a legendary club dynamite in 1986.
In 1991, he produced a reggae club "club LABIRISH" in Osaka Umeda, and in 1996, he opened own bar "Bar Relax".
He started MC performance since he was in LABIRISH.
In 2000, he starts activity as a vocalist of "BUSH OF GHOSTS", but it was dissolved in 2004.
In same 2000, he have started other band named "1★狂 (Ichi bang boshi crew)".He is working on as a drummer of the band now.

In addition, he organizing a event "Japanese Renaissance". And it counted vol.19 by the present of 2008.
And event "RAGGA CHANNEL" every month of Tokyo and Osaka starts in 2009.
In 2004, a sworn friend's band "CHIKA MEETS SOUL FIRE" invited him as MC and played it at Fuji Rock Festival.
And he participated in big festivals such as LOW LIFE.
In Oct 2007, he released long-awaited solo album "Tribe Called West vol.2/BUN BUN the MC ".
It's elected one piece this month of November, year of TOWER RECORDS JAPAN 2007.
And it's nominated to OVERHEAT RIDDIM AWARD 2007 of famous Reggae News in Japan.
In Apr 2008 "Feel Like Insects" was introduced by the BBC radio programs "
Worldwide Showcase2008@The Liquid Room" of Giles Petarson of Label "TALKIN LOUD" of acid jazz
In Feb 2010, Live in khaosan Rd Bangkok Thailand with Ichi Bang Boshi Crew
Live is done also in London in 2011/May.
Rojo Regalo (japanese cumbia band) and Belgium/U.K of schedules the tour in 2011/September.
