DESCRIPTION: In 2003, Jax, Phife and I travelled to Japan for the 'Smokin Needles Japan Tour. It was a pleasure going over there with Jax and seeing how excited he was to be in Japan. All he kept saying was, 'I'm in Japan'. Almost like trying to tell himself over and over that it was true. With the hardships of being on tour, early flights..lost luggage and occasional language barriers, none of that seemed to matter while Jax was around..he made jokes out of everything, and kept the tour fun and light.
I miss him dearly, and count myself blessed to have crossed his path.
