Brotha Jes fell in love with music at a very young age, and at the age of 13,decided his life path was to be passing his message to the world through his lyrics. He continued to follow his dreams and started his recording career in 1998 at the age of 19. His first self produced LP entitled “Self Employed” dropped in 2006 and wowed the world. He stayed 1 on the independent and collage circuit for 3 weeks and stayed in the top 5 for 6 weeks with is single titled “Controversy.” He has opened for such acts as Craig G, Doodle Bug of Diggabe Planets, and Dres of Black Sheep.



After some life altering experiences Brotha Jes is back like a bad habit pouring out his heart in his upcoming album “Rock n’ Roll Soul.” This highly anticipated album promises to be an enlightening, and powerful head banger. With his broad range of musical talent, it is sure to be something that anyone could appreciate from the streets to the suburbs. He himself describes the sound as “rebel soul.” The album is due to drop Oct. 3rd, 2009 on his self owned label “On the Third Productions” in affiliation with Soula System Music Group and rapattacklives.com . The album will feature such artists as Wiseman, Clinton Place, King James and many more.
