DESCRIPTION:
1947 Gibson L-5N with a floating DeArmond Rhythm Chief model 1100, followed by a 1972 Gibson L-5CN with a floating Johnny Smith pickup. Both guitars are recorded plugged in, with about 25% of the sound coming from the condenser mic that is visible in the room. Both guitars have D'Addario 12-53 phosphor bronze strings.
