"Midnight Lady" is the first track on Boy Katindig's album of the same title released in 1978. Boy Katindig is a Philippine-born International artist. He is now the Philippines' most popular contemporary jazz icon. He is now based internationally. Boy Katindig comes from a well-known clan of musicians in Manila. They introduced Latin jazz in the country. His father, Romy Katindig is the country's legendary jazz pianist. At young age, Boy also adapted the talents of his clan. At the age of 9, he plays the classical piano and attended at the Yamaha School Of Music. His own band named Last Fogg was formed when he was 13 years old where he played either on the piano, guitar, drums and bass as well. Boy had played several bands in Manila like Bits & Pieces and Circus. Though he grew up with Circus, there is still the dream to be proven true until he formed her dream-come-true band, the Boy Katindig Band on 1978. Their jazz music was dubbed as "Smooth Jazz".
