In June of 1985, my father died of a massive heart attack at the age of 53. Born the youngest of ten children and raised in Seth WV, he moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1955, started his career as an electrician, courted and married my mother (also raised in Boone County), and raised me. Despite his time away from WV, he never lost his love for his hometown or for spending time with his family. This song and video were written and produced to honor him on the thirtieth anniversary of his passing.
