In addition to these artists there are several local artists that have influenced Boon including Joel Smith, Jamie Hawkins, Jonathan DuBose Jr., Steve Kirk, Valerie Troutt, and Michael Witner. Some of these artists can be heard on Boon's latest creation - the debut album "Aliya".
