Miss Atomic Bomb is (in our humble opinion!) one of the standout tracks on the Killers' 4th studio album "Battle Born".

Trivia time: after taking some advice from legendary lyricist Bernie Taupin, Brandon Flowers apparently wrote the tune starting with the title - which was inspired by the Nuclear Testing parties (?!) that took place in his home state of Nevada in the '50s. Included in the festivities was a beauty pageant, the winner being crowned "Miss Atomic Bomb" and dressed in a mushroom cloud-shaped bathing suit!

We made sure we included a few nods to the Killers' classic "Mr Brightside" (to which Miss Atomic Bomb is supposedly a prequel) and even added a few bars of "Human" at the end for good measure...
