Franz is playing the guitar since 1961, studio-musician, member of the "Blues Revival Band" (one of the best here in Austria), married since 1977, one(!) lovely wife Christa, three children (Bianca, Oliver, Carmen).
Franz plays a 1973 Fender Stratocaster as main instrument, 1964 Gibson SG jr., Fender Masterbuilt 50's Stratocaster (Yurij Shishkov), 1980 Fender The Strat, Reverend Jetstream HB, 1960 Gibson Melody Maker, 1964 Epiphone Melody Maker (Olympic), Les Paul Standard PG modified by Larry Corsa and for slide guitar he uses a blond Fender Telecaster, Gibson Firebird and sometimes a Danelectro DC. Amps are Fender 1965 Bassman, Fender Blues Deluxe and one Marshall cab from 1973. Effetcs: TC G-Major, Lexicon MPX1, Ibanez Tubescreamer, okko Diablo+, Lapido Pride and Joy, Dunlop Univibe and Boss DD20 Delay. For accoustic blues he uses Regal Resonator, a Galveston Resonator with Lipstick-PU, an unknown metal resonator guitar, modified Johnson Tricone, Stanford PS OM 20 and sometimes a Yamaha APX8D. Strings are GHS Boomers, for acoustics John Pearse 600.
Joe, playing guitar for the "Landestheater Linz", alumnus of the "Bruckner Konservatorium Linz" is the new wild young one.his style is tremendous and he is absolute one of the greatest talented guitarists in Austria. He plays a Marshall JVM and his beloved Music-Man Silhoutte. On tour recently with Ian Paice of Deep Purple.
Werner "sassanmenwendy, the player" plays Fender Bass (1963 Jazz Bass), don't know how long he plays already for me.uups; a great bass player for your band, but I don't sell or borrow him!
Gerhard "The Voice", the singer of the B.R.B. since 2006. His timbre goes from "River Deep to Mountain High", hehe.
Georg "Dr.Ummer", the youngest member of the B.R.B. since spring 2006, on of the most talented drummers in our country, replaced Alex, who emigrated in the USA to find his musical fortune.
Alex is not playing guitar in the band at present (great guitar player, look at 'Blue Jade' here on myspace). He plays a 59' Fender Stratocaster Custom-Shop Ltd.Edition and a 64' Gibson Melody Maker. He uses a Marshall 73' Plexi and a Fender Blues Deluxe with a Marshall cab (Greenbacks). Effects Boss DD20, Boss Blues Driver (Keeley Mod).
Martin is our keyboard player for big concerts and lives in Vienna. He is a very busy musician, playing a lot of styles with the effortlessness of the wind when playing with maple leafs.Great pianist!
Jeff, "The Harmonica" is playing with the Blues Revival Band at bigger gigs. A great blues-harp player, quite sure the best sounding "Harmonica" far and wide.
