This film WAS going to be added to an enhanced CD with the forthcoming BSBC LP / 7" / CD + slipmat + magnetically-adhered sleeves + LOTS inserts/stickers + poster + badge set (limited to 235 copies) titled "The Boundary Between The Living And The Deceased Dissolved" - released in July 2012 by Equation Records, E=mc22 (see www.chronoglide.com).
However - the enhanced CD was miss-pressed so a standard audio CD was made - so this video was eventually not added (shame).
