BioBaZaR is an electronic music project driven by Dany Janvier, a multi-disciplinary artist
evolving on the Quebec electro-underground scene since 1998.
BioBaZaR produces a deep, progressive, original and rhythmical music.
Composed of hues of hybrid tones, very modern and at the same time retro-electro, tribal
and psytrance ambient sounds and even touching, on occasion, to contemporary music as
well as psychedelic rock.

BioBaZaR (Dany Janvier) is a multidisciplinary artist born on December 29th, 1973 in
Trois-Rivières and a Quebecer composer-songwriter of electronic "Chill-out "music, a
specialist of Electronica, IDM, Ambient and Psytrance and the founder of the Net Label:
Studio Stereo Records.
BioBaZaR builds its pieces from totally opposing elements, like samplings from movie
soundtracks, trance music, traditional music, electroacoustic music, invented instruments,
etc.
"Festin nu" was in the run for the "album of the year - electronic music" Félix award at the
Gala de l'ADISQ in 2009.
