“That Stranger” is about being talented & working hard one’s craft. While simultaneously addressing frustrations of being overlooked while less talented people are given more limelight & recognition. In my Philly MC fashion I mix raw lyricism with hints of dark humor/braggadocio throughout the record. In closing I toot my own horn with the last lines by acknowledging that I spit a great verse, but it’s unlikely anyone knows who I am, hence I am “That Stranger”.
