Better Than That is about not minimizing your possibilities by settling with second best, there is always something better. This song means a lot to me because it's what i believe in. There's a positive message i really want to share through it about making the most of life by doing what makes you happy, as opposed to what is apparently the 'right' way to live.

I wrote it the morning before i went into the studio to record it. It wasn't planned or even structured yet, so it kind of took on the moral of the song in doing what feels right. I can't imagine it turning out any other way than how it did. This is just a small taste of my EP which isn't far away either. I hope you like it... Lakyn.
