Celebrating the origins and personal stories of one of San Antonio's first mid-century suburban neighborhoods, this video was part of a live concert featuring music by jazz pianist/vocalist/songwriter Bett Butler and bassist/composer Joël Dilley, The project, commissioned by the Dellview Area Neighborhood Association (http://www.dellviewarea.org) and supported by the City of San Antonio's Community Arts Access Program, gathered stories and images from neighborhood residents past and present to illustrate how the story of this unique neighborhood, in essence, is the story of every village across time, geaography, and culture: a collection of people working together to live, love, and thrive.
