This song was a great deal of fun to play however it's not a TRUE drum cover. My youth group used to do this song all the time and it was my favorite one that we did. So when I realized that I had this on my computer I just had to make a video of it. Everything I do is a result of a one shoot through recording. All that I play is improvisation. I stay true to the original track a little bit but I don't plan ahead, I don't practice the songs time and time again, when I feel I'm ready to make a vid, I press record and go for it. There is no overdubbing of any kind. What you see and hear is exactly how I did it. I call this a drum cover but it's not really much of a cover. It's essentially just me having a jam session to music on my computer. My purpose is not to be super professional, all I look for out of these vids is pure enjoyment and I am completely serious when I say that I achieved that. Hope you guys enjoy the vid. Leave some feedback! I'm all about feedback! I don't like haters so if you're gonna hate, do it somewhere else! I don't mind constructive criticism but I don't like to be compared to other drummers. Simple reason for that, I'm not trying to be another drummer. I don't want people saying I suck. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all! Guess that's all I got. Hope to hear from some of you!
