1965 - Zane Ashton (Bill Aken) - Rodeo'n - Video
PUBLISHED:  Apr 20, 2012
DESCRIPTION:
A world of thanks to the late Cliffie Stone for giving a 16 year old 'picker' his first real job.... and for an 'always open' door at Central Songs.... I know it was because of your friendship with my mother and father, but thanks just the same. And many thanks to Tennessee Ernie Ford and Billy Strange for having an unlimited supply of patience with a young 'green' teenager as they helped me to learn my craft while I was on 'Hometown Jamboree'... and here again, from my roots..... a little bit of Mexicano rhythm. And when my father said, "Good job." that was enough for me....
