Babylon Party Machine is the electronic side-project of solo ska/punk musician Matt Wixson. The tunes are mostly synthed up ska tracks, but remixes and non-Jamaican electronic tracks creep in as well. The album God Hates Babylon Party Machine, released in October of 2007, appears to be the first openly gay ska album. It was nominated for a Detroit Music Award for Outstanding World/Reggae/Ska Album, and appropriately did not win.
