Aylar has become an internet sensation in the UK in 2008, by starring in six Basshunter videos including the iconic ‘Now You’re Gone’, the third most watched video of all time on YouTube.



She achieved success as a model and a singer with the song "Boys boys boys" in 2006, "Dasa Bala" featuring persian platinum singer Arash and "Some People" featuring Ocean Drive in 2010. Aylar was also approached to star in the Norwegian movie ‘Yohan’. Norway’s most ambitious & expensive locally producedchildren's movie of all time. ‘Yohan’ sees Aylar star alongside Norway’s biggest international stars , A-Ha star Morten Harket & the Eurovison winner Alexander Rybak.



Aylar Lie is a celebrity in her homeland since 2004. Bursting on to the scene in August 2004 competing, there were only left 10 beautypageants when she got disqualified from the final round in Miss Norway beauty contest because of her secret past with adult movies from 2002. She got major media attention because of this, so instead Aylar launched herself as the country’s most successful glamour model at that time. Gracing the cover of FHM a record-breaking three times in 1 year (a record she still holds) and she was also given her own ‘Ask Aylar’ column in the glossy monthly. She appeared as a celebrity ‘temptress’ in the Swedish / Norwegian ‘Big Brother for 4 days which resulted in ratings going 20% more these days.



Fame was now firmly established for Aylar & she set about creating her own troupe of models, ‘Team Aylar’. ‘Team Aylar’ were a hugely in demand group of carefully handpicked models selected by Aylar, the troupe featured in music videos, TV shows & toured the country with their dance show. After a period of nearly two years as a glamourmodel Aylar dismissed the whole concept at the end of 2006.
