DESCRIPTION:
I recently made some new additions with some new stuff to help sort out my unruly room acoustics. i made DIY broadband absorber panels, bass traps as well as triangular corner traps with useful help from numerous instructional vids here on the tube. Also are pyramid shaped absorbers at the walls nearest to my monitors (which i could not make) bought from local specialists. Being mostly DIY, it took some basic carpentry skills of which i have no experience whatsoever. Nonetheless, i am super happy with how they have turned out & how well they work on my room's sonic characteristics. Immediately i felt my room's wild low end tamed with all the bottom clutter & boom gone. noticeably also my monitor's stereo spread had improved with clear stereo seperation between left & right panning. So... i will have to say that although with having very minimal carpentary ability together with a grasp of whats going on within ur room acoustics, you too may be able to improve your production quality on a supertight budget [ask me how i did it :)], plus it does look good, you have to admit. This video was taken while i was calibrating my monitors for the first time in this new setting & decided to upload & share. please excuse video quality
