SONY Playstation３、「AFRIKA」サウンドトラックより「サバンナ」「オカピ」「アフリカ」の３曲を抜粋した、作曲家自身による吹奏楽編曲版。
原曲はハリウッド・ミュージック・アワードでゲーム音楽部門の最高賞「ベスト・オリジナル・スコア賞」を受賞。
ゲーム内の壮大さをそのまま吹奏楽で見事に表現。ハリウッド仕込みの作曲法は、彼の吹奏楽作品にもしっかりと生かされている。
日本の吹奏楽界に新しい風を吹き込む作品。
