Written in 2006, shortly after Hurricane Katrina, which left me in Portland, Oregon for a spell- in the waning rule of Bush Jr. Not the Happiest of times. Also an Hommage to the Un-Holy Trinity of GREAT King Crimson records: "Lark's Tongue in Aspic", "Starless & Bible Black", and "Red".
