DESCRIPTION:
Asiatics is a video exploring how knowledge is created, and engages with layers of untruth, to discover the truth that lays beneath that which is euridite. Asiatics is in truth Foucaultian in its approach to knowledge and considers the origins of history/thought and that which is perceived as information. This collaboration was born from a conversation I had with Planet Asia about working on a project I had, delivering this acute message to a classroom I was lecturing at U.C. Berkeley. That original piece was remixed to produce Asiatics.
