"Wave Of U" was shot in 2003 on fire island and is an homage to the work of the late great photographer and videographer Herb Ritts who shot many of his videos on fire island with artists like Madonna, Janet Jackson, Chris Isaak, Michael Jackson and Mariah Carery. Ritts died of AIDS related complications in 2001. This is Sir Ari Gold's first #1 video that eventually has made him the artist with the most #1 videos on and the first openly gay artist to debut at #1.
