Recorded by David Denny, Lay my head down is one of the April Fishes newest songs that is performed here by an epic 10-piece band. We have Todd Sickafoose on bass, who produced our last album BUILD and is known for her driving bass with Ani DiFranco, electronics artist JHNO, ripping violinist Matt Szemela, trombonist Jeanne Geiger and backup vocalists Gabe Dominguez and Maria Fernanda Valecillos Felice. The April Fishes on deck include Aaron Kierbel (drums), Misha Khalikulov (cello), Mario Alberto Silva (trumpet) and Rupa (vocals and guitar).
