Cliff Edwards was very popular in the 1920's and early 30's but he's best remembered as the voice of Jiminy Cricket in the Walt Disney classic Pinocchio in1940. Sadly he died broke and Disney Studio wound up paying for his funeral. Suzy Wandas the girl in green is still considered to be one of the best slight of hand artists ever. She was born in Belgium as Jean Van Dyk, could speak five languages and performed in Europe and America for decades finally retiring and settling in Detroit in 1959.
