oh well. I was conceived in December 1973 and forced to come out of my mother's womb a bit earlier than planed so that I would be part of your world instead of the angel's. But something went wrong I guess, and I still fly at night. And I started writing and recording songs after the little star that used to keep me warm and safe had to go back up there, leaving me behind, raising my nose to the sky. I know she's shining over me now, and I like to sing my love to her and hear her laugh in return. I want to share those words and melodies with you too, if you want to join me in this adventure.

Alors voilà. J'ai été conçue au mois de décembre 1973 pour être forcée de sortir un peu plus tôt que prévu afin que je fasse partie de votre monde, plutôt que celui des anges. Mais il semblerait qu'il y ait eu comme un accroc quelque part et je vole encore toujours la nuit venue. Et puis j'ai commencé à écrire des chansons et des textes depuis que, l'été dernier, l'étoile qui était mon refuge soit retournée auprès de ses soeurs, là haut dans le ciel. Je sais qu'elle brille à présent et veille encore toujours sur moi, comme elle le fesait ici même et j'aime à lui chanter mon amour pour elle, pour écouter ensuite son rire si étincellant. J'aimerais partager ces mots et ces mélodies avec vous, si toutefois vous acceptez de me suivre dans cette aventure.
