Jenny Lindfors

A lot has happened since Jenny Lindfors recorded her first album, When the night time comes, a 12-track collection of 1970s nostalgic harmony-heavy stories about infatuation and hedonism.
Her début album was released in the UK in 2008 to rave reviews, describing it as: "completely and utterly brilliant" (Manchester Evening News) and Jenny as: "blessed with a great, bluesy voice" (BBC).
Lindfors' new E.P 'Step to the right' is a collection of songs that have moved audiences all across the UK to tears, with a 1970s vibe very much present and unmistakable hints to influences like Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac and Joni Mitchell. In 2011, Lindfors played an intimate London gig and Brit nominee and platinum-selling artist Rumer happened to be in the audience: "I saw Jenny perform with her guitar one candle-lit evening at the Gladstone and was mesmerised by her performance," says Rumer, who invited Lindfors along on tour across the UK, Ireland and Germany.
