UPDATE as Nov 30, 2016: The Violinist accompanying on this album is KAREN BRIGGS. The name on the video slide shows "Sandra" Briggs as the Violinist and that is incorrect. I apoligize to Ms. Briggs for the mistake.

Nataly’s Corner is proud to feature the music of Singer/Songwriter and music producer Lisa Deveaux: Her sultry voice captures the “versatility of jazz that exemplifies romantic love” is what I’m reading about Lisa Deveaux. Shakin’ that Jazz, initially released in 2003, is her debut album, of which Lisa wrote the title track. The album pays homage to several jazz legends and accompaniment on the album includes the great R&B and jazz pianist Bobby Lyle; the dynamic jazz saxophonist, Everette Harp; and the extraordinary jazz violinist, Sandra Briggs. Lisa sings the track, “Wanna Be Where You Are”, which was originally authored by Leon Ware and Arthur “T-Boy” Ross, with much energy and style that goes far and beyond the expectations of a cover version.
