MOBILE/TABLET: Open the video in your YouTube app. (On smartphones, hold down the YouTube icon in the lower-right corner of the video and open your YouTube app if that option does not happen automatically.) Once open, move your device to look around. For the full 360° effect, click the Google Cardboard icon in the lower-right corner of the player and slide your phone into a VR device such as Google Cardboard, Oculus Rift or Samsung Gear.

DESKTOP: Use Chrome, Firefox or Opera. Video will not play in 360° on Safari and Internet Explorer. Once open, click and drag your cursor for the full panoramic experience.
