Originally formed in early 1982 as Section 8, from North Hollywood, CA, in the San Fernando Valley. Changed name to America's Hardcore in late 1982. We only lasted
about a year, until around Oct. 1983, but it was a hell of a year, with about 20 live
shows, half outside of Los Angeles (San Fransisco, Fresno, Bakersfield, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson). Played shows with Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Necros, Black Flag, Suicidal Tendencies, Vandals, Sin 34, 7 Seconds, Die Kreuzen, Social Unrest, Dr. Know, Aggression, Secret Hate, Bad Religion, the Fuck Ups, Tourist, Battalion of Saints, Youth Brigade, Verbal Abuse, CH3, 45 Grave, and many more .).
