I am a self taught guitarist who picked the guitar up when I was 16yrs old, I have since learned how to play the Harmonica, Penny Whistle and hopefully I have mastered the art of the Boss loop pedal which I have incorporated in to my set.
I am from a little town called 'Widnes' in the UK.
I got to the live finals of UK X Factor 2011 where I sang a rendition of The Beatles

Collab with the amazingly talented 11yr old Amelia.How I came to sing with Amelia. Amelia had never sung outside her bedroom up until 6 weeks ago (hard to believe I know!), her next door neighbour had heard her singing from over the fence and asked me would I let her come to the recording studio to watch and listen to me recording a couple of Originals I am working on. He wanted to try and coax her into recording her voice to show her what a special gift she has, she then decided to give it a go and tweeted me to thank me for allowing her in to the studio with me. I then heard Taylor Swift's No1 song "everything Has Changed" which I did a quick and short cover and uploaded it to youtube but really wanted to do a collab so I contacted the guy that had mentioned Amelia and asked him on the Sunday to send Amelia the song and to ask her to learn it by the coming Friday, bearing in mind I had not heard her singing up until this point. Amelia came to the studio on the Friday and in one take she recorded this song. I hope the rest is history for this girl. Good luck for the future Amelia you are a star waiting for your day to shine.
