The Canadian composer René Dupéré was one of the founders of the world famous 'Cirque du Soleil' company. He composed the music for the shows 'Nouvelle Expérience', We reinvent the Circus', 'Saltimbanco', 'Mystère' and 'Alegria'. The album 'Alegria' spent several weeks at the top of the Billboard charts in the world music category. Willy Hautvast wrote a fine arrangement for wind band of the main theme
