In December, 2016, I went to Standing Rock to stand with the Sioux Nation and water protectors from around the world. It was the depths of winter and a deeply humbling experience to be there while US veterans came ready to defend those on the front lines.

In support of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and Indigenous Peoples everywhere, we share this song with the intention to spread a message, educate and inspire people to action due to the urgency of this situation.

We, the people, with love for all nations and for Mother Earth who gives us life, are heeding the call of the Great Mother and rising to the occasion.

Will we find a way to heal and teach each other to create a safe and healthy future for those who will inherit the earth?
