Background on the Song:
A couple of years ago there was a deadly fire in a Wrigleyville apartment building in Chicago, IL that killed 4 kids in their mid 20s. The fire was started by a homeless woman who has psychological disorders and was trying to keep warm. Because of her disorders, when she was brought in after setting the fire she had no idea the damage she had done. Her name is Mary.
This song comes to us from the perspective of Mary and subtly recounts that sad day. A day when loved ones were lost in a tragedy and someone who desperately needed help, had somehow been overlooked.
