Exquisite brand new 9 track album from the gifted Austrian born but Switzerland based DJ and Producer. Alessandro's burgeoning talents were clearly visible in 2014 with numerous single track and remix appearances on Biotop recordings and his delightful "Quantum Realm" track was featured on the renowned Winter Camp 2 (Insect O's superb Etui record label. from Dresden, Germany). Hence, I have been eagerly awaiting a featured full length EP or studio album to review and fortunately my prayers were answered in kind with the release of a 9 track album in late 2014. The album entitled Underwater Exploration is a thoroughly immersive concoction of beautifully crafted deep and dub orientated melodic rhythms and percussion and undeclared with subtle intoxicating beats and breaks. An incarnation of tranquility and sophistication. A stunning triumph. The album was released in late July 2015 on the excellent MOSHItaka record label from Illinois, USA. Since its establishment in 2013, the label is synonymous in releasing quality deep/dub techno and ambient electronica from talented artists such as Doyeq, Nikosf, Martin Avaro and Doubting Thomas.
