Alan Williams from the Rubettes decided to to an solo album and on the album was this really nice song called Doing things with You. There is a little piece at the start of the video where Alan is explaining to the host of the show about the song.

Basically it is about what he likes to do with the girl he loves. They include flying in his plane, sailing on his catamaran, driving in his car and walking down the Ballspond Road with this whistle on. The Ballspond Road is a famous road in London. He sings it with a very cute cockney type accent and it really suits the song. His whistle is cockney slang for suit - whistle and flute.
Again this is not of very good quality but I wanted to share it for the entertainment value.
Alan is very very cute here and he is naughty too with what he is saying to the compere.

Hope you all like it and you do find yourself trying to remember what it is he likes to do!!
