Kiran Gandhi is an LA-based percussionist who enjoys creating mathy rhythms on drums and various percussive instruments. She grew up in New York City and has studied percussion in Hong Kong and Washington, DC, fusing Chinese percussion with Afro-funk music and considering ways to apply Latin rhythms to Indian tabla. She is excited to join the Afrofunke' family once again
after playing with German DJ duo Ancient Astronauts back in April.
