DESCRIPTION:
Hoverfest 2014 - the first of its kind. A meeting of the movers and shakers. An adoration of all things heavy. The day-long event was held in North Portland, Oregon and featured Mountain God, Holy Grove, Wounded Giant, Eight Bells, Danava, Yob, Witch Mountain, and, of course, Acid King. To say that the Bay-Area trio is legendary is just an understatement. They dominate and their influence cannot be understated. The fuzzy, low-tuned three-piece played some old stuff and some new stuff (in anticipation of a new record, whose release at the publication of this video is still TBD). Enjoy almost an hour of prime footage from the open-air show, filmed by yours truly, and be mindful to follow and support the band!
