It is the waves of torment crashing against him; it is the sea of doubts confronting him. Why does he continue this seemingly futile quest to find his purpose, when that very purpose remains so infuriatingly out of reach?

And so amidst his struggles, enveloped by the raging torrents of his own despair, he banishes his fears, and seeks his absolution.
