DESCRIPTION:
During the "kitten seasons" I typically see around 50-60 kittens and cats left in our drop off area every day between May and December. I try to save as many as possible, upwards of around 100 a month adopted out, but it's ultimately a drop in the bucket in terms of what is getting left behind. There is only one way to prevent all this senseless death and suffering; by becoming more proactive in your community in fixing owned/stray/feral cats, rather than resorting to the only reactive solution left available. This is just a 3 minute taste of what we see every day.
